At Moanca, we believe in low prices! In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, we have two ways of shipping: Standard shipping and Free Shipping. You have to understand that the first one is mostly standard e-packet (like most of the things you order on the internet) but the second one can take a lot of time to be at your door! We are talking about 60days in some cases. The reason why we offer it is to drop the price even more. We just want you to be aware that the shipping time can be longer in the second case.

Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at shop@moanca.ch to review the status of your order. Refunds, exchanges and returns will be handled through email if necessary.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Be aware that, with free shipping we will not always be able to give you a tracking number.
Depending on the state of your order, the orders can be canceled. For this to take place, the order must not be shipped yet or on its way. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 7 days of receiving the order and the reason meets with our conditions. Please note that our return policy does not include already used items or where the packaging of the product has been damaged. Please read further points for more information on these matters.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, a return is only possible if the product does not match the description given or was delivered damaged (in case of damage, you also could have the option of a refund).

An item is classified as damaged, if it makes it unusable. This means, that we will not take back items, nor make a refund if the damage was caused to the package itself, but the product inside is still usable. The reason for this is that saddly we cannot take responsability for the company delivering the package not being careful enough with it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our approval, since we wont be able to offer you a refund or accept the item as returned.
*Please remember to always take pictures and if possible videos of the problem on the item, so you can send that as a prove to us.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 1-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and meet with our Return Conditions.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Store Name e (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of StoreDomain.com
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If the item you have purchased was marked to have a free gift with it, it usually should ship with it. If the free gift was not added to your order, then it may be due to lack of stock. We do not approve refunds or send backs for items if the reason is the lack of this free gift.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us an Email at shop@moanca.ch or on our Contact Us page.
*If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.
*Items marked as on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
*If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact us at shop@moanca.ch, and we’ll do everything in our power to help you out.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy. If the product wasn’t available in stock, you will get a full refund instead. An exchange is possible to take under consideration as long as you have contacted us within the first 7 days after recieving the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and therefore can’t be used. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@moanca.ch and we will get in touch with you to check your case.
If you are returning an item/items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
We are located in Switzerland, so we need to apply a tax percentage of 7.7% to each product. This is called MWST. (Mehrwertsteuer) in Switzerland. All prices shown on the website already include this percentage.
Due to the huge number of orders, allow us between 1-5 days to get your order ready to go 🙂
